Step by Step Guide

**TOP AND BOTTOM PANS SHOULD NEVER BE FULLY ASSEMBLED WHEN COOKING OR IN THE OVEN**

  1. Cook your bird upside down using the shorter/smaller pan (this side does not have the gasket).

  2. When ready to flip - Remove smaller pan from oven and place the larger pan on top of the smaller pan.

  3. Fasten the clips and ensure a secure fit (adjustable for a tight seal).

  4. Hold side handles (making sure to use mitts to protect against hot surface) and carefully flip the unit so that the larger pan shifts from the top side of the unit to the bottom side.

  5. After the flip, unfasten the clips and remove the smaller end from the top of the unit. The smaller pan can be set aside and used as a serving dish.

  6. Place the uncovered larger pan with your bird included back into the oven, recommended to remove the gasket beforehand. **TOP AND BOTTOM PANS SHOULD NEVER BE FULLY ASSEMBLED WHEN COOKING OR IN THE OVEN**

  7. Finish cooking your bird at your desired temperature for a crispy golden brown.

  8. Remove and enjoy!
